from the long story.
An event in 5th grade made me realize that I had a natural ability to draw, coupled with a sense of composition and balance. So here I am today, years later, with a creative career in the advertising field. Makes sense doesn't it?
I grew up in the late 1960's suburban sprawl of Chicago where every third house was the same floor plan. Spent four years at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale earning a BA in Visual Communications. Worked for a year in Champaign, Illinois for a publisher, then brought my career back to the Chicago area.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Michelle, and our dogs. I love outdoor activities, severe weather, antiquing, WW2 history/reenacting, art of all types, meeting new people and serving as a reserve police officer.
